The National Institute for Industry and Career Advancement (NIICA) and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), in partnership with Syracuse University, invite you to join a dynamic discussion on the efforts to build the nation’s semiconductor talent pipeline and strengthen New York’s I-90 workforce corridor.
This event, a follow-up to the September 2023 CSIS forum, “Solving the Semiconductor Workforce Crunch,” will bring together federal, state, and local leaders, industry representatives, educators, and workforce development practitioners to discuss strategies for scaling semiconductor workforce development efforts and ensuring alignment of education, industry, and government investments.

During the event, we will hold two panel discussions, the first focusing on the perspective of federal, state, and local policy leaders, and the second hearing the perspective of workforce development practitioners.

The panels will be live-streamed to the public and available for replay.
Thank you to Syracuse University for hosting this accelerator event.
